So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Planning for the Unified Messaging Role
The unified messaging role in Exchange 2010 allows fax, voicemail, and email to all be integrated into a user’s mailbox. The unified messaging role can be installed on multiple servers, although it is recommended that it only be installed when the infrastructure to support it exists in the organization. The unified messaging role requires integration with a third-party PBX system. As Exchange 2010 progresses, this role will become more important.
