Creating a Custom Domain Template

Follow these steps to create a custom domain with the Domain Template Builder:

1. Go to the MW_HOME\wl_server_10.3\common\bin directory and start the Domain Template Builder by executing the config_builder.cmd command (the config_builder.sh command in UNIX/Linux):

  C:\MyOra\Middleware\wlserver_10.3\common\bin>config_builder.cmd

2. In the Create a New Template screen, select the Create a Domain Template option—this will allow you to define all the resources of a domain, including servers, services, applications, environment, and operating systems. Click Next.
