I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Configuring a Cluster
You can use the WebLogic Configuration Wizard, the Administration Console, or WLST commands to create and configure clusters. Oracle recommends that you use the Configuration Wizard to create and configure a cluster. Chapter 3 offers a brief discussion of how you create a domain and configure it using the Configuration Wizard. The configuration wizard is a good way to get started with creating a cluster, but you will almost certainly need to modify the cluster configuration. In this chapter, you learn how to create and configure clusters using other methods, including using the Oracle-provided WLST script cluster_creation.py for quickly getting a cluster up and running in a development environment.
