Deploying Applications
While the various deployment tools are functionally equivalent, administrators use the Administration Console, weblogic.Deployer, or WLST scripts to deploy applications. Developers can use the Administration Console for deployment in a single-server environment, but wldeploy is a good alternative because you don't have to go through multiple deployment steps, as you do when using the console. The following sections show how to deploy applications through the Administration Console, weblogic.Deployer, WLST, and wldeploy.
