So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Integrating Application and Server Logging
Server logs record just the server instance run-time data and not the application logs. Application developers can integrate their application logging with WebLogic logging services to simplify application log management. By integrating application logging with the WebLogic Server Logging Services, you can view your application logs through the Administration Console, filter the logs, and set the log files for automatic archiving and rotation, just as you do for any server log file. Developers can create custom log message catalogs that they can embed in the application code.
