Using Connection Filters
Network connection filters allow you to control access to individual servers or an intranet. Connection filters work similar to the way firewalls work because you can configure them to control access based on IP address, protocol, and DNS names. Although the network is your primary protection against attackers, you can further tighten access to administrative resources such as the administration port by specifying that you can access the administration port only through specific servers inside the firewall.
