You can easily create a domain using the WLST offline command createDomain (preceded by a couple of other WLST commands, as you'll see shortly). Recall that a WLST offline command means you don't need to connect to a running WebLogic Server instance. You can also choose to modify existing WebLogic domains using WLST commands. The resulting domains would be the same as the ones you can create with the Configuration Wizard.
