So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

There is a significant amount of preparation work to be completed before the transfer date in regard to the harmonization of terms and conditions for transferring employees. The extent of this work will depend on the number of people to be transferred and the range of terms enjoyed by these employees. However, the client is likely to benefit from the fact that the successful service provider will almost certainly have experience of other transfers either from outsourcing arrangements or from assisting with company acquisitions and mergers.
