It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

In Section One, we identified and defined the results that are to be
achieved by successful performance improvement efforts, as well
as how those results would be measured. These processes now
provide the necessary foundation for selecting, designing, and
developing useful sets of performance technologies. Section Two
will focus on solutions, processes, and technologies that can help
you achieve defined performance objectives.
