So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Introduction
The selection of performance technologies only provides a blueprint
for improving performance. Performance interventions have to be
designed and developed (and later implemented) for useful results
to be accomplished. While these processes are often unique to
organizations, there are several principles and steps that can lead
to their success.

ance solutions build on the results of the previous processes. Find-
