Identify a Set of Solutions
Introduction
The next step to improving performance is to identify and select
which performance technologies are going to accomplish desired
results. You begin by looking at the discrete objectives that describe
the results required for success, and then use the associated per-
formance assessments to evaluate potential performance technol-
ogy solutions (see Figure 5.1). This process ensures that the solu-
tions you identify will meet the necessary standards of performance.
