It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

When all of the pilot tests had been done and final revisions had
been made, Pill Containers began implementation of eight perform-
ance technologies. The improvement team monitored the results of
each intervention using the same performance assessments identi-
fied during the planning phases of the improvement initiative. Several
performance technologies achieved many of the desired results upon
initial implementation, but the team decided to monitor the progress
of all performance technologies for several months in order to collect
longitudinal data.
