Desktop View
Each person can customize the QuickBooks desktop for herself. The Desktop View Company Preferences tab is empty, but you can fulfill your every desktop desire with the following preferences on the My Preferences tab—your choices affect no one else who logs into QuickBooks.
Window Preferences
You can keep your desktop neat with only one window at a time or view multiple windows.
One Window. If you're not good at multi-tasking or you simply prefer full-size windows, choose the One Window option so that QuickBooks displays only one full-size window at a time, as shown in Figure 6-6.
