Modifying Artboards

Select an artboard by clicking inside it with the Artboard tool. To change the dimensions of an artboard, drag the handles of the artboard, or press the Enter key to open the Artboard Options dialog to specify the new dimensions numerically. To delete a selected artboard, press the Delete key on the keyboard, or click the “X” icon in the upper-right corner of the artboard. You can delete all but one artboard. As you delete artboards, the artboard identification numbers reset themselves. Artwork inside the artboard is not deleted (it remains in place on the canvas), but the artwork will be printed or exported only if Ignore Artboards is chosen in the output dialog; then, all content is regarded as one large illustration, as ...
