To use Adobe ConnectNow, all you and your collaborators need is a Web browser. Attendees log in to the meeting space from their own computers by going to the URL you provide. If the meeting is their first visit to a ConnectNow meeting, they will be prompted to download and install the required Adobe ConnectNow Flash plug-in (it’s quick and painless). By the way, this same functionality is available in all other Creative Suite 4 applications: Just choose File > Share My Screen and follow the instructions.
To initiate a meeting:
