Using Visio Task Panes
A flexible feature of the Visio options is Task Panes and child windows contained within the Visio application window.
Some examples of a Task Pane are the Stencil files, the New Drawing window, and the Pan & Zoom pane. Most windows have a common process to maneuver and size for the most effective viewing for your resolution, monitor size, or workflow means. Common attributes are the dockable and floatable states they can be positioned into.
