So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Distributing Shapes
Distributing shapes can position three or more shapes equally apart, and allocate the same amount of spacing between them. These shapes are very useful with busy drawing diagrams requiring frequent editing.
To distribute three or more shapes evenly, follow these steps:
Select three or more shapes.
From the Shape menu, click the Distribute Shapes command. The Distribute Shapes dialog box displays as in Figure 9.4.
Select the distribute position left to right and up and down. There are several options to distribute from their left, right, or center edges, or evenly spaced from the center.
Click OK to accept your choices and distribute your shapes.
