Opening Existing Files, Viewing Options
Opening existing files can be accomplished by one of several methods, including the following:
As you launch Visio, From the New Drawing Task Pane, under Open a drawing, click Choose drawing, and then click the drawing you want to open. Note if you don't see the drawing you want listed, click More drawings to find the drawing you want in the Open dialog box.
Selecting the File menu from within Visio, and clicking Open.
Clicking the Open Icon on the Main toolbar. Figure 3.1 shows the New Drawing task pane inside the Visio 2002 Application window.
