Working with styles can assist you greatly in formatting multiple shapes with existing styles, or creating your own custom styles. Applying styles can alter the line, text, and fill of a shape.
By using the Define Styles dialog box, you can create new styles or modify, rename, or delete existing styles. Styles can be used to format virtually any type of shape, text, text box, or line.
Applying existing styles to shapes is accomplished with the Style dialog box. The style dialog box has features for text, line, and fill style already formatted.
To apply an existing Style, follow these steps:
Select a shape or group of shapes.
