So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Creating a Numbered List
A numbered list in Visio is created using the text box's tabs and ruler features.
To create a numbered list, follow these steps:
Add a text box to your drawing page.
Type the number 1, and press the Tab Key on your keyboard.
Type the text for your first topic, and press the Enter key.
Repeat steps 1-3 for the entire list of topics.
Right-click within the text box, displaying the shortcut menu as in Figure 7.7.

Ensure the Text Ruler command is checked, click the command if it is not. The text ruler is displayed as shown in Figure 7.8 and is similar to a word processor's ruler.
