PILOTING THE NEW PROCESS
As with any new process, piloting will greatly enhance the possibility
of success. Before a general, organization-wide rollout is performed, the
process should be piloted. e reasons for piloting are the same as for
piloting any new process: it is an opportunity to work out the kinks and
make adjustments on a small scale before an organization-wide rollout.
