Appendix B: Multivoting
Exercise
A multivoting exercise is extremely helpful when there is a need to
prioritize a variety of issues. It enables the individuals determining
the priority to weight their votes, giving more weight to issues they
think are of primary importance. This exercise takes place after cat-
egorization and after discussion to establish a reasonable list of issues
to prioritize. The list should be reduced to no more than 10 items for
this exercise.
Once the issues (maximum of 10) have been dened, and the key stake-
holders are present, proceed to step 1. Oen, the issues are identied during
a meeting w
