學習過程
學習背後的結構理論來自於生理：它就

）。它們是讓我們的生活變得更方
便簡易的捷徑。同一種結構理論也會在
較為單純的情況中發生，讓我們想都不
用想地去做事情。有多少次我們發現自
己在假日時不小心開車或走路去上班、
上學的地方，途中卻沒有意識到這件事
情？與使用我們的自動導航模式，即遵
循經驗而發展出的心智模式來執行每日
工作這個巨大的優點相比，這不過是個
小缺點而已。
這種高效的系統也是有一些多餘的
副作
用：
很難創新
。也就是很難離開被想法
挖掘出來的峽谷，因為已知路徑的阻礙
相較起來少了很多。心智模式非常有用，
但很不幸地它限制了我們的創造力。
一個創新者，或者我們稱為「天才」的
人， 則開發且學習了許多可以引導他找
到新方案的技巧。
