WBS 只是一個開始。您必須抵擋住將其
視為一個專案計劃的誘惑，因為 WBS 的
元素中沒有時間順序，也沒有依賴關係。

果只有一個人執行專案，那麼表格就會
看起來像個階梯，執行者完成 A 項目後
便開始著手 B 項目，B 項目完成後再到
C 項目，以此類推。用這個方式，所有
