I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

e Document Properties dialog lets you
de ne the Stage (its dimensions, the color
of the background on which your artwork
appears, and the units of measure for rulers
and grids) and set a frame rate for playing
your movie. Frames are the lifeblood of your
animation, and the frame rate is the heart
that keeps that blood owing at a certain
speed. Flash CS4’s default setting is 24 frames
per second (fps)—a reasonable setting for
animations viewed over the Web, and the
