Touring the Tools

 e Tools panel holds all the tools you need

to create and modify graphic elements

(Figure 2.1). Flash CS4 gives you tools for

creating graphic elements, for scrolling the

Stage and zooming in and out, and for setting

colors for the elements you create.

You click a tool to select it for use. Additional

options and settings for a selected tool may

appear at the bottom of the Tools panel and/

or in the Property inspector.

To access tools and options:
