Adobe Flash CS4 Professional enables you to
incorporate sound and video in your projects
to give your audience a full multimedia
experience. Sound in Flash can be an ongoing
background element or a synchronized
element that matches a particular piece of
action—say, a slapping sound that accompa-
nies a pair of hands clapping. To add a sound,
you import a sound-clip le to the library
and then place an instance of the sound on
the Stage. To add video, you have a couple of
options: you can import the video data and
embed it into the Flash Timeline, or you can
add a special component that displays exter-
nal video
