Flash o ers three tools for creating free-form

shapes: the pencil, pen, and brush.  e pencil

and pen tools create stroke outlines, and the

brush tool creates  lls without strokes.  e

pencil and pen tools create only outlines,

even if you draw a closed shape. Once you’ve

created a shape, you can always modify it—

say, to  ll an empty outline or add an outline
