So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Create a user using the cf CLI
Let us take a look at how to add a user to our cf-my-first-org Org in Pivotal PCF Dev. To do this, we need to specify the Cloud Foundry API endpoint of PCF Dev, which is https://api.local.pcfdev.io, and also skip the SSL validation:

Next, select the cf-my-first-org from the Org list presented to you on the command line:

Since there is just one space, the cf CLI will target the space development
