36114.4 Different methods used for the synthesis of metal oxide nanopowder

Hydrothermal synthesis is of two different types: (1) microwave hydrothermal

and (2) microwave solvothermal.

14.4.6 INVERSE MICELLE METHOD

The synthesis of particle takes place in a microheterogeneous environment in the

presence of oil and surfactant. The dispersed nanodrop formed acts as a stable phase

in a microreactor and then dispersed in a second phase known as continuous phase

which is used for the preparation of nanomaterials with phase selection.
