Spray pyrolysis [235–240]
The precursors are injected by using nebulizer and then heated in a hot reactor to gen-
erate aerosol as a vapor to produce nanoparticles, followed by solvent evaporation,
drying, and calcination. The main drawback of this process is that a large amount of
solvent must be used to increase the purity.
