The Blake Company is a residential building company outside of Detroit, Michigan. Originally the organization focused on purchasing old estates in the upscale suburb of Grosse Pointe, subdividing the property into smaller lots, and building homes on the lots. As the supply of large estates dwindled, the owner of the company branched into major renovations of existing homes.
