Intervention Design
The first two editions of Fundamentals did not discuss design of the performance intervention(s) as a discrete step in the selection, design, and development phase of the Performance Improvement/HPT Model. This third edition of Fundamentals will discuss design and development separately; however, sometimes the discussion will blend both activities the way they are blended in the real world. (See Figure 18.1.)
