So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Getting relevant information lies at the heart of managing risk (Peck 2005) because
information is the antidote to uncertainty and risk (Downey and Slocum 1975).

dence in estimation, and enables companies to react to changes in a supply chain in
