Organizational capability is the “ability to perform repeatedly a productive task

which relates, either directly or indirectly, to a company’s capacity for creating value

through eecting the transformation of inputs into outputs” (Grant 1996, p. 377).

Dynamic capability is the ability to integrate, build, structure, and recongure

internal and external competencies to meet the requirements of a changing environ-

ment, in order to generate multiple sustained competitive capabilities simultane-
