Organizational capability is the “ability to perform repeatedly a productive task
which relates, either directly or indirectly, to a company’s capacity for creating value
through eecting the transformation of inputs into outputs” (Grant 1996, p. 377).
Dynamic capability is the ability to integrate, build, structure, and recongure
internal and external competencies to meet the requirements of a changing environ-
ment, in order to generate multiple sustained competitive capabilities simultane-
