So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

10.3.3 Principles for Assessing Product Defects
ere are three levels of hazard that are used for assessing a product defect (Long
and Li 2012):
1. Safety performance does not conform to the relevant technical regulations
and national standards for vehicle safety, after testing by an inspection
