widely accepted position that emotion is tied to the top of a schema (i.e., is the

my experience, I would argue that, for organization members trained to control
emotions to perform the job role (cf. Pitre 1990), emotion is either not a part of the
internalized script, or at best becomes a dicult-to-access part of any script for job
