So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

9.7 Conclusion
From DPCA’s practice of quality management, it is clear that product quality is the
responsibility of everyone along its supply chain, from parts suppliers to the end-
product dealers and customers. To provide a high-quality product to its customers,
DPCA not only focuses on its internal resources and processes but also collaborates
with its suppliers and customers to achieve its high-quality goals.
