An important way to recognize your employees for the long hours at their desks, on their computers, and on their cell phones, is to bring in an ergonomic expert to make sure that each employee is physically positioned for maximum comfort and minimum risk of injury. When it comes to furniture and furnishings, one size does not fit all. Poorly designed or positioned office furniture and equipment can lead to discomfort, muscle strains, accidents, and injury.
