In keeping with the theme of linking recognition and rewards to sports, there are some hands-on rewards in this area that work and play particularly well. These sporting rewards are long on fun, and they include items such as Nerf footballs, Frisbees, Koosh balls, golf balls, tennis balls, and kites.
These rewards should be handed out with overstated pomp and circumstance. If you would like them to have a longer-term impact, you can have your company name placed on them. And if you are giving out the item because of performance on a particular project or event, you should have that noted on it as well.
