This chapter focused on implementing a corporate entrepreneurship program. Following the introduction of five general models, some in-depth case histories of companies were discussed. A general implementation procedure was presented that can be modified for any company desiring to implement a corporate entrepreneurship program. The benefits to both the company and the employees were discussed. The chapter concludes with a discussion of a benchmarking instrument and six measurements of output. Each of these should be administered to individuals participating in the corporate entrepreneurship program before the program starts and on a regular basis thereafter.
