Testing is popular at work. For example, Outback Steakhouse wants employees who are social, meticulous, sympathetic, and adaptable. It uses a personality assessment test as part of its preemployment process. Applicants take the test, and the company then compares the results to the profile for Outback Steakhouse employees.
