I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
About the Authors
ROBERT F. (Bob) SAUERS is Chief Architect for Mission Critical and Disaster Tolerant Solutions in HP's High Availability R&D Lab. As an engineer, consultant and software architect for over 25 years with Hewlett-Packard Company, he has worked directly with customers on the architecture, design, implementation and troubleshooting of highly available and high performing computing environments as well as the porting of software applications. He established and ran the HP-UX porting and benchmarking center where many of this book's techniques were developed, and created the HP-UX tuning class this book is based on.
