monthly reports), but Dan works on the philosophy that if you wait until the

report comes out, it’s already too late. He believes that IT needs to under-

stand how it’s doing right now, and in that context, the question then is:

What are the key quality measures for IT and the business?

The general theme is that it’s possible to adapt lessons from other Lean
