I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Engine components
Before you start thinking about our new data model or whether you are planning on migrating your code from QlikView to Qlik Sense, you must understand what the QIX engine components are and how your script will interact with these and vice versa. Having a deep understanding of the engine will give you the power that allows you to create a professional, stable, scalable, and durable code.
Henric Cronström from Qlik is my source of knowledge. Whatever I know about the QIX engine is because of him. I strongly encourage you to read and follow his work in the Qlik community.
There are seven components that make up the QIX engine:

- Internal database
