It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
qCalcCond
qCalcCond specifies a calculation condition for the whole HyperCube to calculate. This is particularly powerful when you are having wide tables with very complex calculations and you want to ensure that the user has filtered a subset of data before firing off the calculation to the Qlik engine. Heavy calculations not only take time to return but also build up RAM utilization on your Qlik Sense server.
