Sometimes it is useful to know how many times a dimension value occurs in the data model. It may give you an indication of its magnitude and whether it's worth selecting something in the first place. qListObjectDef supports the property to also return the frequency in qDataPages. All you need to do is to include it in the definition of the object:
//Get list of values var obj = { "qDef": { "qFieldDefs": [scope.layout.field] }, "qFrequencyMode": scope.layout.includeFrequency ? "EQ_NX_FREQUENCY_VALUE" : "NX_FREQUENCY_NONE", "qInitialDataFetch": [{ qTop : 0, qLeft : 0, qHeight : 10000, qWidth : 1 }] };
If added, the list object will return the frequency as a separate value in its cell object:
