It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Navigation API
Namespace: qlik.navigation
The Navigation API allows you to navigate within a Qlik Sense app programmatically. As such, it will not work in a mashup or web app use case.
With the navigation API, you can do the following:
- Move to a specific sheet
- Get the current sheet ID
- Switch between edit and analysis mode
- Open up a story
The Navigation API is handy when you are trying to build simple widgets or components to navigate to a specific sheet, such as a simple sheet menu or navigation panel.
