Security rule for creating app objects (developer and contributor)

Not everyone should be able to create their sheet objects, as this could impact the performance of the whole server. The next security rule will limit the ability to users in the Developer or Contributor groups:

Conditions	resource.App.HasPrivilege("read") and (user.group="Developer" or user.group="Contributor")
Actions	create

The previous three security rules are created independently but work in conjunction with delivering user-type oriented permission. It's a good example of how logic can be segregated to multiple rules to keep things easy, rather than having one very complex security rule.
