When not to use the ETL approach

Even though every modern project has some kind of an ETL technique, we would like to first explain a few ideas.

In Chapter 6, Qlik Sense Data Modelling, we said that most of the business logic should, if not must, be in the source and not in Qlik Sense. This is because having your business logic in Qlik Sense would prevent other tools in the organization from using the output generated. You may also find lots of different results when analyzing the same data but from different sources because each source may apply different business rules.
